Request for Spare Parts - UV-MACHINE - UV TECH

Dears, 

We bought several years ago an UV MACHINE UV TECH as per Ref YH-500-2PMT (SGA 7872). 
We need urgently to buy 3 capacitors and 1 transformer. Technical details : 21Kw 380V 50Hz. 

The supplier to whom we bought it is not answering anymore. 

Can you please help up with that ?
