● Cold Mirror reflects UV light while it transmits IR light as a contrary concept to hot mirror. However, it has same purpose
of hot mirror as low temperature curing. This filter maximizes the reflection of UV light, therefore, reduces any risk
caused by heat. It is very effective for curing heat sensitive products. Quartz and pyrex are used as materials
for cold mirror; there are various shapes: oval, plane and dome type mirrors. |
